Eric created the GenWhy Leaders Podcast in 2019 to inspire fellow millennials to become the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. He recognized that most corporations and individuals are underestimating the current and ongoing generational shift we are experiencing in the business world. This is mainly caused by 10,000 baby boomers who are retiring every day for the next 10 to 15 years. This will create a tremendous amount of opportunity that millennials have been waiting for, but also a shift that most businesses are not fully prepared for in the years ahead. Will you be ready?

Jonathan Haile - Social Media Manager

Jonathan joined the GenWhy Leaders Podcasts as its Social Media Manager in 2019. He is also an Account Manager for Digital Division in Lee's Summit, MO. Prior to this, he was a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Elevation Brands in Kansas City, MO. Jonathan believes that Millennials and Gen-Zers are capable of doing great things, and enjoys having the opportunity to share stories of the generations' movers and shakers.
